The most professional and commited tiler in the north west!!!

I called for a quote. Gave my address and agreed a time for him to visit ...10am the following day. He called back to check time and address the same evening and then just didn't turn up the following day! We stayed in all morning and he didn't show. He didn't even call to explain why or apologise. Not very professional and rude.
